The period for the submission of applications is closed. The information below is available only for reference purposes.

 

Applications were submitted via the Online Application Form that was available for each region. As part of the application, the candidate had to provide a Description of Work, CV and abstract.

 

Instructions:

 

1. Prepare your CV and save it in PDF format. It should not be longer than three pages.
2. Download the template for the description of the work you want participate in the Young Scientist Award (to download this template click here).
3. Fill in the Description of Work and save it in your PC.
4. Go to the page for the Regional Fair you want to participate: Regional Fair in Syria or Regional Fair in Egypt.
5. Go to the section Online Application Form.
6. Fill in the fields required in General Information
7. Upload your CV.
8. Provide the title of your work.
9. Upload the Description of your work.
10. Write a brief description of the topic of your work. The topic should be related to one of the topics listed in the Selection criteria (see above).
11. Type in the contact details of at least one reference person.
12. Submit your application.
13. You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation that your application was succesfully submitted. If you do not receive this e-mail within 24 hours after the submissiton, please send an e-mail to us (Contact).
14. Later on, we will contact you in order to inform you if your application passed to the Second Step. If your application was selected for the Second Step, then you will be requiered to send your full work.
